Rotating postal strike
1.What to do during the rotating postal strike?

Rotating strikes at Canada Post

A series of rotating strikes has been launched at Canada Post. These strikes will last 24 hours and will result in an additional delay in processing mail for the cities affected. Canada Post continues to operate normally in all other parts of the country.

We want to remind you that you are responsible for making your payments on time (credit card, mortgage, loan), even if you do not receive your statements and bills by mail.

You have several options to access your accounts and carry out transactions, including:

  • Manage your accounts, including bill payments, by Internet or by telephone, with LBCDirect. These electronic services are free and available 24/7.
  • Sign up with epostTM to receive e-statements.
  • Opt for direct deposit and pre-authorized payments.

You can also drop by a branch or use one of our ABMs to carry out your day-to-day transactions. Please note that it may take longer to process bills during the rotating strike.
