Our 100% advice model enables us to better meet your financial needs. The current context has changed our daily lives, our needs and even our transactional and banking habits. Having access to remote services has become a necessity. In recent months, we’ve implemented several initiatives and tools to offer you an experience that meets your expectations1. Today, we’re enhancing our remote service offering so you can do most of your banking in the comfort of your own home.
Would you like to replace or modify one of your client cards, obtain a void cheque or make a wire payment2? It’s now possible in one phone call thanks to our dedicated lines for telebanking services, which offer you greater flexibility. Our telebanking advisors will be pleased to assist you 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., to help you with most of your banking and transactions remotely and securely anytime, anywhere. From now on, you no longer need to visit a branch for these banking services; you can use them independently.
Furthermore, our in-branch advisory team is available to guide and help you by phone. Given the current context, our branch business hours are temporarily reduced from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., but our advisors remain available by phone or by appointment at a branch, according to regular advisory service hours. Refer to our locator to check the opening hours for your branch’s advisory services. You can also book an appointment with one of our advisors by filling out this form.
We’re confident that these new services will enable you to benefit from remote assistance to do your banking or personalized advice to fulfill your projects and help you improve your financial health.
