Getting started.

  • You must be an LBCDirect customer to use the Laurentian Bank mobile app.
  • The Laurentian Bank mobile app is currently unavailable to Business, Advisor Access, LBC Digital and B2B Bank customers.
  • Download the app and log in with your existing LBCDirect access code and password to start your mobile banking experience.

The LBCDirect platform has been adapted for use on iPhone, Android and BlackBerry devices.

LBCDirect Mobile does not require additional registration. Simply use the same user name and password you usually do for our LBCDirect Online service.
