Issued on November 7, 2001, the Preferred Shares Series 9 will not be redeemable prior to December 15, 2006 on and after December 15, 2006, but subject to the provisions described in the prospectus, the bank may redeem at any time all or, from time to time, any part or the outstanding Preferred shares series 9, at the Bank’s option, by the payment of an amount in cash for each share redeemed of $26.00 if redeemed during the
12 months commencing December 15, 2006, $25.75 per share if redeemed during the
12 months commencing December 15, 2007, $25.50 per share if redeemed during the
12 months commencing December 15, 2008, $25.25 per share if redeemed during the
