To make a transfer to another banking institution, you must first provide a cheque specimen to register the information to your account.

  5. Some restrictions may apply. Transfers sent are subject to the following limits: $3,000 per transaction, $10,000 per seven-day period and $20,000 per 30-day period. Withdrawal fees may apply according to your account type or banking plan, or if you exceed the number of transactions authorized per month. If you have a minimum daily balance of $3,000 or more, no additional withdrawal fees will be applied. If you have one of these plans: The Gold Service, The Gold Service (Student Advantage and 60+ Advantage), Preferred account and Unlimited account (Student Advantage and 60+ Advantage), the Interac e-Transfer® transaction is free of charge, if not a $1 fee will apply, in addition to any withdrawal fees that may apply.   8. Processing time: up to three (3) business days for deposits in USD and six (6) business days for deposits in another foreign currency. Euro deposits are only offered at legacy ATMs.

  9. Choose a 4-digit PIN if you often travel abroad or a 5-digit PIN for maximum safety.
