  • Be an existing Laurentian Bank customer. If you have a bank account, a Laurentian Bank Business credit card, an investment product or a loan with us, you can access LBCDirect online electronic services;

  • Respect the terms and conditions of the Online Services & Mobile App Agreement – Personal Accounts.

How to fund your account.

Funding your account is easy. Here are 5 ways1 to do it:

Set up direct deposit of your pay and other government payments.

You can have your pay, government payments and other regular payments deposited into your account.

Download a copy of a void cheque and provide it to your employer or government agencies to set up direct deposit and pre-authorized payments.

Transfer funds between Laurentian Bank accounts.

If you have another Laurentian Bank account, you can easily transfer funds from that account to another one. Simply log in to LBCDirect or the mobile app, then go to ''Transfers''.

Send money through Interac e-Transfer®.

The Interac e-Transfer feature lets you transfer money quickly and securely from a bank account at another participating Canadian financial institution to your Laurentian Bank account.

You can send up to $3,000 per transaction, $10,000 per 7-day period and $20,000 per 30-day period.

Link an external bank account.

If you plan to make many transfers with larger amounts, consider linking an external bank account.

Deposit cash or a cheque at an ATM.
